DTS CANOpen is a high-performance digital MEMS dual-axis dynamic tilt sensor independently developed by RUICOM Technology, specifically designed for real-time attitude monitoring of moving vehicles. It is optimized for tilt measurement under vibration or motion conditions. This product integrates a triaxial accelerometer and gyroscope sensing unit, achieving multi-source data fusion through an adaptive Kalman filter algorithm. It can accurately calculate and output the spatial attitude parameters of the vehicle under motion. Employing the standardized CANOPEN communication protocol, it ensures seamless integration with industrial control systems, meeting the protocol compatibility and application reliability requirements of demanding industrial scenarios.
Based on non-contact MEMS sensing principles, this product supports real-time tilt data output, eliminating the need for planar relative calibration during installation. The sensor incorporates a 24-bit high-precision ADC module and a six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU). Embedded algorithms compensate for nonlinear errors, axial crosstalk, temperature drift effects, and rotational centrifugal acceleration interference in real time, effectively suppressing measurement deviations caused by motion acceleration and significantly improving measurement accuracy in dynamic environments. This technical characteristic enables it to maintain long-term measurement stability under extreme motion conditions and harsh operating conditions.
As a professional-grade sensor for dynamic/static dual-mode measurement, the DTS CANOpen boasts high immunity to disturbances and can withstand high mechanical shocks and wide-frequency vibration environments. Its industrial-grade protection design (IP67/IP68) and wide operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃ make it the preferred solution for attitude control in industrial automation, engineering machinery, and heavy equipment.
